By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from DRIVN at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
DRIVN may send SMS/MMS messages to your mobile device for the following purposes:
We do not send bulk promotional or marketing SMS messages without your separate consent.
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your engagement. During active vehicle searches, deal review, and spec approvals, frequency may increase. We will not send messages after your service is complete unless you separately opt in to ongoing communications.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.
You may also opt out by emailing support@drivn.autos with your phone number and the request to be removed.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your consulting service. We will communicate via email instead.

DRIVN does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Major US carriers are supported. Carrier availability is subject to change. DRIVN is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility.
Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Information shared via SMS — including vehicle details, pricing, and deal summaries — is for your review and convenience only. SMS messages are not binding offers, guarantees, or formal recommendations. All final deal details will be confirmed in writing via email or your consulting deliverable.
DRIVN may retain SMS communications as part of your service record for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Retained messages are subject to the same data protection standards described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued opt-in after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date.
