This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased through drivn.autos and provided by DRIVN Autos LLC ("DRIVN," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a service, you agree to the refund terms described below.
DRIVN stands behind the quality of our consulting services. We want every client to feel confident in their decision to work with us. If things don't work out, we keep it simple and fair.
If you cancel your service before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund — no time limit, no questions asked. This applies to all service tiers.
If you cancel after work has commenced, a processing and admin fee will be retained to cover service setup costs including account onboarding, AI research tools, and initial consultation. The remainder will be refunded to your original payment method.
DRIVN Deal Analysis ($250)
$100 processing fee retained — $150 refunded.
DRIVN Vehicle Locator ($500)
$150 processing fee retained — $350 refunded.
DRIVN Full Consult ($1,000)
$250 processing fee retained — $750 refunded.
Work is considered commenced when DRIVN performs any of the following on your behalf:

DRIVN will issue a full refund — with no processing fee — in the following situations:
DRIVN's fee is for the consulting service rendered — not for a guaranteed outcome. We do not guarantee that a vehicle will be found, that a specific price will be achieved, or that a purchase will be completed. Market conditions, dealer cooperation, and vehicle availability are beyond our control.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting DRIVN may result in delays. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.
