DRIVN does not buy, sell, exchange, or take title to any vehicle. We never take possession of any vehicle at any time. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer.
All purchase agreements, financing, warranties, title transfers, and registration are between you and the selling dealer. DRIVN is not a party to your vehicle purchase transaction.
DRIVN does not receive any referral fees, kickbacks, commissions, or incentives from any dealer, manufacturer, lender, or third party. The flat fee you pay us is our sole source of compensation for your engagement.
While we provide expert consultation and market analysis, DRIVN does not make representations or warranties regarding vehicle condition, mechanical fitness, accident history, title status, or final purchase price. Independent vehicle inspections and history reports are always recommended and remain the buyer's responsibility.
