Both, practically speaking. We handle dealer outreach and build the pricing strategy; when it's time to commit, we coach you through the conversation. The purchase agreement itself is always directly between you and the dealer — DRIVN is never a party to the transaction.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on how rare your spec is and how fast you want to move. Common configurations can wrap in under two weeks start to finish; rarer builds take longer. Either way, the hours you personally spend are a fraction of doing it alone — that's the point.
