DRIVN Deals LLC respects your right to control how your personal information is collected and used. Use this page to understand your options and exercise your rights.

Marketing Emails

To opt out of marketing emails:

• Click Unsubscribe in any email we send, or
• Email privacy@drivn.autos with subject "Email Opt-Out"

Transactional emails (service confirmations, consult follow-ups) are not affected — they are required to fulfill your service.

SMS Messages

To stop SMS messages from DRIVN:

• Reply STOP to any text message we send, or
• Email privacy@drivn.autos with your number and "SMS Opt-Out"

Cookies & Tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser's privacy settings. See our Cookie Policy for details on what cookies we use.

Access, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information DRIVN holds about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export your data in a machine-readable format

To submit a request, email privacy@drivn.autos with subject "Data Request." We respond within 30 days.

Do Not Sell My Information

DRIVN does not sell your personal information. This applies to all users, including California residents under CCPA and Canadian residents under PIPEDA.

California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell). Contact privacy@drivn.autos. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

You have the right to access your data and withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact privacy@drivn.autos to make a request.
