How does DRIVN work?

Simple. You tell us what you want — make, model, trim, color, must-haves. We take it from there. Depending on your tier, we analyze your deal, locate the vehicle, or negotiate directly with the dealer. You show up when it's time to sign.

What's the difference between the three tiers?

DRIVN Deal Analysis ($250) — you found a deal and want us to review it before you commit. DRIVN Vehicle Locator ($500) — you know what you want, we find it anywhere in the US or Canada. DRIVN Deal Negotiator ($1,000) — we do everything. Locate, negotiate, and hand you a vetted deal ready to sign.

Do you work with new and used cars?

Both. New, used, certified pre-owned. If it's on a lot or in a private listing, we can track it down.

How long does it take?

Deal Analysis is typically delivered within 24 hours. Vehicle Locator and Deal Negotiator depend on what you're looking for — most clients have a solid match within 3–7 days.

Do you work across all 50 states and Canada?

Yes. We work nationwide across all 50 states and Canada. If the car exists, we'll find it regardless of where it's located.

Can I use DRIVN if I already found a car I like?

Absolutely. That's exactly what the Deal Analysis tier is for. Upload your deal and we'll tell you if the numbers make sense, what fees to push back on, and whether the car is worth what they're asking.

Do you negotiate with any dealership?

Yes. We work with franchised dealers, independent lots, and private sellers. Our job is to get you the best possible deal regardless of where the vehicle is.

Is there a consultation fee?

No. Book a consult at no charge. We'll talk through what you're looking for, recommend the right tier, and get started from there.

How do I pay?

Payment is a flat one-time fee per service — no hidden charges, no commission tied to the car price. You know exactly what you're paying before we start.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We stand behind our work. If we can't locate the vehicle you described or the deal doesn't make sense, we'll tell you honestly — and we won't push you into something that doesn't fit. Reach out to our team and we'll make it right.
